Even elliptical pit with sharp walls on reverse middle but broken away: vestige of incuse countermark?
Preservation comment
Wear: P/VG. Extensive destruction of edge, with chipping and oblique snapping, so that coin is reduced by up to half size; wide pitting and gouging on both surface leaves uneven surfaces. Thin, widespread patches of bluish white bronze disease on both faces.
