Typical fabric, firing, and surface for ware: deep red with tinge of orange; dull, thick, even slip.
Preservation comment
One sherd preserves roughly one-third of lamp, including discus, entire handle, and back to base. Slight, somewhat sparse abrasion and minor gouging; slightly worn breaks; rare specks of encrustation.
