Phocaean Red Slip
Description
Single large sherd preserving 1/2 of base. Slightly coarse, light red fabric with occasional medium rounded calcareous inclusions. Slightly darker slip on all extant surfaces, thickest and smoothed on interior. The overall design of the central stamp is ambiguous as preserved: circular border around central circular element with sides cut out. The stamp is not in LRP.
