Fabric, firing, and surface description
Later Roman Attic lamp fabric (fine), firing, and surface (thin, uneven, semiglossy, slightly reddish brown slip across surfaces). Smoothed joining ridge.
Preservation comment
Two large joining sherds preserve ca. 80% of lamp but missing middle to back right upper part with most of handle. Moderate to severe, extensive abrasion and pitting and slight chipping; worn breaks.
