Amphora. Rounded shoulder. Red dipinto in large characters across upper shoulder, near turn to neck.
Fabric, firing, and surface description
Buff fabric, consistently fired; very thin wash. Slightly granular texture and break; hard. Rare to very rare, poorly sorted, small, subrounded and subangular, white, black, and gray inclusions; uncommon, small, golden mica flakes.
Preservation comment
One sherd preserves large part of shoulder and upper body. Slight, sparse abrasion with rare gouging; slightly worn breaks; otherwise surfaces in good condition.
