Description
Conical loom weight tapering at inflection near bottom. Distinct point but rounded edges. Flat to slight concave bottom. Written on lower face before firing: large alpha.
Preservation comment
Two joining sherds preserves most of object but ca. 20% missing from side. Slight, somewhat extensive abrasion with slight scratching and pitting and one large chip; faint white patches of encrustation?
