- Fabric, firing, and surface description
- Yellowish brown fabric with a tinge of orange; faint grayish clouding from variable firing; very hard, slightly gritty; smooth to vaguely conchoidal break. Rare to uncommon, poorly sorted, tiny to small, lime specks and black bits; very rare small rounded voids. Thin, even, dull wash fired slightly more yellow than fabric. Wheelmade. Turning bands on lower wall.
- Preservation comment
- One sherd preserves ca. 40% of left discus, shoulder, adjacent wall, and base. Slight, extensive abrasion and wide gouging around grooves; breaks worn rounded; rare tiny specks of encrustation along wall.
