Fabric, firing, and surface description
Fabric: pale red with orange tinge; fine, slightly soft; slightly granular break; rare, well sorted, very small, subrounded, mixed white, black, brown-red inclusions); firing (consistent); and surface treatment (black slip inside and outside but base reserved; somewwhat thick, even but flakey, semimatte).
Preservation comment
Intact but missing nozzle. Extensive, moderate abrasion and slight scratching and gouging; mostly worn breaks.
