Fabric, firing, and surface description
Typical fabric (gritty, somewhat coarse, small sorted white and black inclusions; brick red core but fires pale pink at surface), firing, and surface treatment. Seam smoothed and aligned.
Preservation comment
Two joining sherds (split at seam) preserve complete lamp but missing front shoulder and nozzle. Very sparse abrasion, minor chipping, and extensive large flaking on underside; slightly worn breaks; large, thin patches of encrustation.
