- Description
- Amphora with heavy construction. Low sloping (or rounded?) shoulder. Red dipinto in three lines on upper shoulder up to turn to neck.
- Fabric, firing, and surface description
- Brick red with slightly more orange surface on exterior; consistently fired. Medium fine, hard; smooth to slightly granular break. Common, small, somewhat clustered, subrounded white inclusions; rare, small, rounded black inclusions; very rare, elongated voids.
- Preservation comment
- One sherd preserves small part of shoulder or lower neck. Slight, sparse abrasion and chipping around edges; thin, faint film of encrustation across interior surface.
