Description
Rounded(?) discus with raised rim shows rosette. Slightly rounded shoulder with uncertain motif (herringbone?).
Fabric, firing, and surface description
Typical fabric (pale red; hard, somewhat gritty), firing, and surface treatment (unslipped; faint smoothing). Unfinished piercing through handle.
Preservation comment
One small sherd preserves small part of back discus, adjacent shoulder, and attachment of upper handle. Slight, extensive abrasion and sparse pitting and flaking; worn breaks.
