Conservation in 1960s: mending with acrylic resin and restoration with white plaster.
Description
Small hemispherical cup. Concave rim with plain, everted lip. Slight turn at shoulder; rounded lower wall to narrow, flat base. Three horizontal bands of rouletting arounding body, the upper two more deeply impressed.
Preservation comment
Seven sherd preserve roughly half of vessel in two non-joining groups, including full profile. Just over half of rim preserved in two section. Slight, extensive erotion and abrasion. Marine deposition has softened fabric thought detail of surface better preserved than is often the case.
