1960s: sherds mended with shellac and infilled with white plaster.
Fabric, firing, and surface description
Typical fabric, firing, and surface treatment: very fine clay; slip has tinge of purple. Very finely made vessel.
Preservation comment
Two joining sherds preserve ca. 75% of rim and ca. 40% of body, including almost complete profile. Extensive, moderate abrasion with pitting and scratching.
