- Description
- Shoulder steeply tapers to high, narrow, cylindrical neck. Short, thickened rim. Two vertical strap handles attach on neck below rim and at top of shoulder. Spiral bands on extant surface.
- Fabric, firing, and surface description
- Fabric, surface treatment, and slip typical for ware: somewhat hard, medium fine, grayish and reddish brown fabric with frequent micaceous flakes, many visible on surface.
- Preservation comment
- One large sherd preserves uppermost neck, entire neck and rim, and two handles. Slight, sparse abrasion and chipping around edges other surface in good condition; wide patches of thin, cloudy, yellowish film: encrustation?
