Large bowl. Rim slightly overhangs wall on interior rather than offset underneath; there is more of a groove on lower face of rim. Two grooves, the upper of which is deeper, on outer face. Profile is within range for form, though slightly different tooling that uses a point to make grooves rather than flat tool to make offsets.
Fabric, firing, and surface description
Reddish fabric has occasional small lime chunks. Thin, matte slip on all surfaces; thick brush marks on interior.
Preservation comment
One sherd preserves ca. 8% of rim and small part of upper body. Slight, sparse abrasion and chipping especially round edges; slight patches of encrustation.
