Deep basin. Wide body tapers to rim. Everted rim, drooping to rounded point above low ridge; outer face is rounded; concave inner-upper face forms ledge for lid. Combing barely extant on upper body.
Fabric, firing, and surface description
7.5R 6/4 (pale red); consistently fired. Fabric is granular with infrequent, very small to small, rounded inclusions. Interior surface in nearly the same color as fabric; exterior is patchy brownish grey to grey (7.5R 5/1 to 4/1) with slight brush marks.
Preservation comment
One sherd preserves 7% of rim and small part of upper body. Slight to moderate, extensive abrasion and chipping; worn breaks; thin patches of encrustation.
