Large bowl. Vertical rim up to pointed lip with inward sloping upper face; short, angular flange with distinct hook under rim. Oblique rouletting demarcated by horizontal groove above and below on outer face of rim.
Fabric, firing, and surface description
Purplish fabric with few “lime” inclusions. Thick smoothed slip on interior, darker red than fabric; exterior essentially plain, fired gray.
Preservation comment
One small fragment preserves <5% of rim and upper body. Slight to moderate, somewhat extensive abrasion and chipping on surface and on edges; slight, extensive encrustation overall.
