- Description
- Large plate. High ring foot, vertical and triangular, with rounded resting surface; single horizontal groove on outer face. Wide floor with straight walls.
- Fabric, firing, and surface description
- Standard fabric and surface treatment for ware. Consistently fired reddish slightly granular fabric with occasional, medium, angular, lime chunks. Pale reddish orange, even, matte slip on interior, thinner on exterior.
- Preservation comment
- One sherd preserves 8% of base and lower wall. Slight, sparse abrasion across surface and some chipping along edges, otherwise clean breaks; extensive film of encrustation.
