Description
Bowl. Triangular false ring-foot, bevelled on outside face. Wide flaring lower body.
Fabric, firing, and surface description
Fine fabric, orange in color, has tiny, varied, angular inclusions. Thick smoothed slip on interior, slightly darker than fabric; exterior abraded. Fabric is slightly divergent for ware, though overall impression is of classic LRC or very close production.
Preservation comment
One sherd preserves 5% of base and substantial part of floor and lower wall. Slight to moderate, extensive abrasion and pitting; worn breaks; numerous specks to small patches of encrustation.
