- Description
- Shallow bowl or dish. Small, low, squared ring-foot. Flaring, curved lower wall.
- Fabric, firing, and surface description
- Consistently fired orangish red. Occasional round lime, one chunk observed on underside of foot, and rare tiny light bits. Thin, dull matte slip on interior, slightly darker than fabric; exterior has thinner slip. Light brush marks on interior and light turning scratches on exterior. Classic LRC.
- Preservation comment
- One sherd preserves 8% of base and small part of floor and lower body. Slight, sparse abrasion; worn breaks; frequent, thick patches of encrustation on all surfaces.
