- Description
- Tall cylindrical neck, flaring slightly, with faint ridging inside and outside. Narrow thickened rim, triangular in profile, with sharp outer edge and slightly concave upper face. Thick loop(?) handles attach on upper neck below and off rim at high angle, descending steeply away from neck.

- Thick application of plaster surviving around upper neck and over rim from sealing.
- Fabric, firing, and surface description
- 5YR 4/4 (reddish brown). Somewhat fine, slightly soft fabric with rough surface and granular break; consistently fired; tiny flecks of variegated mica throughout; rare small, subrounded, white chunks (limestone?); uncommon, small to medium, angular, poorly sorted red chunks (iron oxide?); uncommon, various other small, pale to dark bits (few sparkling?); uncommon, elongated, sharp voids (from grass or chaff?). Egyptian alluvial silt fabric: Lake Mariout?

- One sherd preserves ca. 17% of rim, part of upper neck, and small part of upper attachment of handle. Slight, extensive abrasion and pitting; somewhat worn breaks; thin, extensive film of cloudy encrustation and large, thick patches of plaster(?) adhering.
