Vertical, arcing, wide and flat strap handle, slightly grooved on outside to create prominent central ridge.
Fabric, firing, and surface description
Orangish red fired to pale yellowish with a tinge of green at very surface; very hard, somewhat coarse, with hackly break; uncommon to common, poorly sorted, black, red, and white bits, few rounded and few elongated; one medium, sub angular, pale gray, opaque rocky particle; vegetal voids on surface.
Preservation comment
One small sherd preserves middle part of handle. Extensive, moderate abrasion and rare gouging; worn breaks; thick, extensive layer of encrustation. Gray discoloration from secondary burning.
