Fabric, firing, and surface description
Orange red (2.5YR 6/6), hard, medium fine, with slightly granular break, contains uncommon, tiny to small, subrounded, white lumps (calcareous?), rare, small, rounded and subrounded, opaque gray chunks (quartzitic?), and other rare, small, subangular or irregular, red pellets (iron oxide?), and rare, elonged, spherical to subrounded, dark gray chunks. Surface has thin, even white skin (from saltwater in production); finely smoothed. Tunisian.

Preservation comment
One sherd preserves 20% of rim and small part of upper neck. Slight, sparse abrasion and chipping; somewhat worn breaks; scattered patches of encrustation.
