Description
Large plate. Blocky rim with raised, slightly rounded upper face, convex outer face, and flat lower face with high offset. Straight upper wall.
Fabric, firing, and surface description
Slightly granular red fabric with rare, tiny lime specks. Thick, smoothed slip on interior with turning bands; thinner on exterior.
Preservation comment
One sherd preserves 8% of rim and small part of upper wall. Slight, extensive abrasion and chipping around edges; slight but extensive patches to film of encrustation.
