Description
Large plate. Knobby rim with sloping, slightly rounded upper face, convex outer face, and rounded lower face with slight offset. Straight upper wall.
Description
Single rim sherd preserving 1/12. Slightly granular red fabric with only rare tiny light inclusions. Thick matte slip on interior, encrusted though likely thinner on exterior.
Preservation comment
One sherd preserves ca. 8% of rim and small part of upper wall. Slight, extensive abrasion and chipping around edges; slight, extensive patches to film of encrustation.
