Plate. Low ring foot, sloping interior and exterior faces, with ridge at articulation of foot and lower wall. Flaring straight lower wall. Slight chamfer on floor just outside circumference of base.
Fabric, firing, and surface description
Slightly granular, pale red, fabric with occasional, small, lime inclusions. Despite weathering, pale orangish to brownish red slip appears thin and matte on interior; exterior likely thinner.
Preservation comment
One sherd preserves 15% of base and adjacent lower wall. Slight, extensive abrasion and flaking around edge; somewhat worn breaks; extensive, rough encrusttion on all surfaces.
