Preservation comment
Fragments of heads and shanks, many broken at attachment to head tip, represent five nails (a-e); eight more irregular shank fragments (f-m; MNI 4); and 12 amorphous iron fragments, perhaps from same objects. Severe, extensive corrosion and splitting. At least five objects display scorching.
