2005 (late June-early July): cleaned mechanically and mended with Acryloid B-72 in solution and infilled with white plaster painted red (Athanasios Papaioannou).
Fabric: 2.5YR 5/8, red. Coarse fabric with frequent, very small, angular, light (quartzitic) and dark inclusions and very rare, larger, light inclusions (some calcitic). Thin, matte wash on interior and exterior surfaces, same color as fabric.
Preservation description
64 total fragments, 50 joining, preserves almost entire vessel. Slight, sparse abrasion; somewhat worn breaks; slight, extensive film of encrustation.
