Description
Handmade. Small vessel with convex body. No decoration. A common shape for vessels in similar wares from southern Greece is a beaker or small cooking pot with a flaring rim and a flat bottom.
Fabric, firing, and surface description
Fabric (core): 10R 5/8, red; (surface): 10R 5/1, reddish gray 2. Hard, coarse, friable fabric with frequent, medium, angular, dark gray, stony inclusions, uncommon, medium, angular, red inclusions, and uncommon, small, rounded, white inclusions; extensive cracking and spalling.
Preservation comment
One small fragment preserves small part of body. Slight, sparse abrasion and chipping.
