Comment
The site of an Early Roman altar-tomb and a Late Roman-Early Byzantine church ca. 2 km north-northeast of the north mole of the harbor. The excavators in the 1960s designated the area “TA” for “Temple of Artemis,” their working identification of the remains when work began.
