Fabric, firing, and surface description
Typical fabric (slightly yellowish), firing, and surface treatment (mottled, orangish to pale reddish brown, somewhat uneven). Finger marks on clay.
Preservation comment
Four joining sherds preserve 80% of discus and adjacent shoulder, back left nozzle, ca. 35% of back left base and adjacent walls, and lower attachment of handle; missing handle ornament. Slight to moderate, extensive abrasion; crazing to flaking slip; mostly clean breaks; rare specks of encrustation.
