Fabric, firing, and surface description
Typical Late Roman Attic lamp fabric (reddish brown but slightly more pale and orange closer to surface; gritty, granular break), firing, and surface (unslipped). Well aligned and smoothed seam.
Preservation comment
Intact. Moderate, extensive abrasion with some erosion, pitting, large flakes and chips; clouds of gray discoloration around front and back (secondary scorching).
