Amphora. Low rounded shoulder. Cylindrical neck, bulging slightly upward. Red dipinto in two lines(?) across upper shoulder to lower neck.
Fabric, firing, and surface description
Pink with a tinge of orange in core and interior, buff exterior; consistently fired. Very fine, slightly soft; smooth break. Rare, well sorted, tiny to very small, black and dark gray, less frequently white bits, and very rare, somewhat larger, angular gray and black particles; frequent tiny micaceous flakes (silver?). Carefully smoothed surface.
Preservation comment
One sherd preserves small part of shoulder and lower neck. Slight to moderate, extensive abrasion with shallow scoring and rare gouging; worn breaks.
