Circular to oval(?) outline in backl. Concave discus; deep groove inside sharply raised rim and narrow, sloping shoulder; concave discus. Thin handle has broad attachment to back wall to support handle in form of large Greek cross.
Fabric, firing, and surface description
2.5YR 7/4, light reddish brown. Somewhat fine, brick-hard fabric with rare to uncommon, small, subangular to subrounded, white inclusions. Late Roman Corinthian red fabric.
Preservation comment
One large fragment preserves back wall and lower to middle handle. Slight, sparse abrasion; slight, extensive encrustation around handle.
