LAMPS. (9 frr., 0.038 kg): 1 Italian body; 1 Bronee XXVIIB discus/shoulder; 2 Athenian early unglazed shoulder (globule and volute), 5 Athenian late unglazed: 2 handle, 2 body, 1 base ([Χ]ΙΟ-ΝΗ̣[Ϲ]).

POTTERY. Roman (1,011 frr., 16.95 kg): date-range to Late Roman. Small sherds of regional slipped and plain table ware; utilitarian, including basin/jar; cooking ware, including NePcf; small sherds of amphora.

Glass (26 frr.): 1 rim, bluish colorless (deep bowl, KM382); 1 body/base, light green (cup with applied solid ring base, KM380); 1 rim/body, light blue (shallow bowl with incurving rim, KM378); 1 rim/body, light yellowish green (conical goblet, KM379); 1 rim/neck/handle, light yellowish green with a tinge of orange (jug with strap handle attaching over rim, KM381); 1 handle, light yellow with a tinge of green (jug with flat strap handle, KM257); 1 rim/neck/handle, light blue with a tinge of green (small bottle with folded, flattened rim and strap handle, KM377); 1 rim, colorless (outwardly thickened, fire-polished lip); 1 body, greenish yellow, thick; 5 body, greenish yellow, thin; 2 body, dark orangish (brownish) yellow, thick; 4 body, green; 3 body, light blue, thin; 1 body, colorless, thin (applied trail decoration); 2 base, colorless (folded, tubular ring base).

Explanation of deposition
Sediment over floor of north ambulatory from use and disuse of Octagon, mixed with massive structural debris from catastrophic collapse of Octagon and fill inside WWII ditch with foxholes cutting down into Octagon.
