Description
An Early to Middle Roman amphora with a cylindrical body, a knob or solid spike toe, a cylindrical neck with plain, thickened rim, and distinctive handles that turn at a right angle and are deeply grooved but pinched in from the sides. Produced certainly in Rough Cilicia and possibly also on Cyprus.
